Oily Factory Heart Pine ~ IN STOCK

Our reclaimed Factory Heart Pine flooring is a varied collection of tongue-and-groove boards that range in surface oil content. A perfect choice for either a restaurant, commercial, or residential installation.
 
Some boards are heavily saturated, while others only have splotches. This unique character creates more color variation, with areas of deeper tone. Once finished, the random effect is quite compelling. We recommend an oil-based finish for this material.
 
Grain and grade also vary, including super-tight and clear vertical grain, very loose flatsawn, and naily. You can expect solid knots of any size, original nail holes up to 1/4″, bolt holes up to 1/2″, solid checking, and mineral stains. Heartwood content is 90%.
 
This material is being milled as flooring, but these tongue-and-groove boards could also serve you well as paneling.
