Reclaimed Chestnut and Oak Arched Ledgers

We have a complete set of reclaimed chestnut and oak arched ledgers (50 pieces in all) which were carefully removed from the elliptical barrel ceiling of a three-story mill and dance hall built in Bakerville, Connecticut in 1859.

The ellipse has a roughly 10” deflection from the chord running from end of rafter to end of rafter.  This ceiling was curved on the edges with approximately 16’ feet of flat section in the middle.

Envisioning a spectacular re-installation of these pieces, we’re keeping all the arched boards together, making them available for their next project as a complete lot only and sold ‘as is’.

Dimensions for the longer piece:
Thickness: ~ 4/4″
Lengths: ~ 8′
Quantity Available: 50 pieces.
