Reclaimed Hand-Hewn Beams and Mantel
With hand-hewn beams, the high, open ceiling of this family room is connected to and grounded by the solidity of the stone fireplace. The strength and rusticity of the beams adds an element of depth to the elegant feel of the space.
Salvaged barn board was also used to clad a hallway ceiling and hanging barn door.
